Megan Blalock, CMT

Megan has spent eleven years developing and implementing programs designed to assist victims of abuse and trauma in recovering from their experiences, using an integrated Mind/Body approach.

Megan currently works with children and adolescents at Mount St. Vincent Home in Denver. Her program has been notably successful among this demographic.

Megan Blalock is a certified massage therapist. She experienced her own trauma and abuse early in life. She worked on her own recovery, then educated herself about the effects of trauma and abuse.

There is a sizable difference between experiencing something and being educated about it. Megan brings both experience and education to the table. Because of her experience, she has an undying interest in helping others heal.

She has found it to be a profound help to understand trauma and abuse and its effects. It helps to aid recovery. She has formatted this information in terms that are easy to understand and digest, which makes recovery the easy part.

"Healing is not a quest to solve your mysteries,
but to learn how to live with them."
